Our consultants are from engineering, medicine, law, IT, communication, and business background. They are all Canadians with roots in Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, India, China, turkey, Egypt, and Europe understanding each culture and speaking our clients language.

Blue Pen Education Consulting (previously operated under Blue College) was founded in Toronto, on May 2022, by Dr. Farokh Kakar, an award winning engineer and entrepreneur. Blue Pen has served more than 200 clients since then and continues to serve our clients globally.
